Payment
If we quote a fixed price or hourly or daily rate for work, for example for designing a new web site or developing a bespoke application, part of this charge is generally payable before we start work with the remainder payable on completion of the work. We will send you an invoice in each case.
Where we make recurring charges, for example for hosting your email or web site, or for access to an online application, generally these charges are due quarterly in advance. Alternatively, we may offer you the choice to pay by monthly standing order.
Sometimes our work involves subcontracting a certain task, for example paying a designer or hosting partner. In this case the subcontractor's terms and conditions may determine the payment schedule but we will discuss this with you in advance.
