Liberal Democrat News Feeds
Prater Raines provides two news feed services which you can use free of charge on your Liberal Democrat web site.
RSS feeds
If your web site application supports RSS feeds, we have two feeds available which merge the content from existing Liberal Democrat news feeds and present them together.
In addition, the four constituent parts of our amalgamated feeds are available from other Liberal Democrat web sites and are listed here for your convenience.
- British Liberal Democrat news (Westminster, Scottish, and Welsh): http://www.praterraines.co.uk/newsfeed/british.rdf;
- Federal Liberal Democrat news (as above and European): http://www.praterraines.co.uk/newsfeed/federal.rdf;
- Liberal Democrat news from Westminster: http://www.libdemmeps.org.uk/rss/;
- News from Liberal Democrat MEPs: http://www.libdemmeps.org.uk/news.rdf;
- Welsh Liberal Democrat news: http://www.welshlibdems.org.uk/e-rss.php;
- Scottish Liberal Democrat news: http://www.scotlibdems.org.uk/rss.xml.
JavaScript news feed insert
If your web site does not support RSS, we can generate HTML code which should work on any web site. This uses JavaScript (a scripting language which runs on your visitors' web browsers) to insert a list of the latest headlines.
You can generate the HTML to insert into your web page with the form below.
Terms and conditions
- The terms below apply to both the JavaScript news feeds and the two merged RSS feeds above. The other four RSS feeds are not provided by Prater Raines Ltd.
- This service is provided by Prater Raines Ltd free of charge, with the agreement of the Liberal Democrats.

- The text "Provided by Prater Raines Ltd" must be displayed adjacent to every news feed. The term "Prater Raines Ltd" must be a hyperlink, either to www.praterraines.co.uk or to www.praterraines.co.uk/pages/lib_dem_news_feeds.html.
